Monique Gagnon German

I am a collector of Whys and Becauses - sometimes in poetry, sometimes in prose. I am compelled to find the bigger picture that moments are pixels of. This world is a lens constantly shifting from high to low zoom and the lessons are embedded therein; in moments with soft, medium, hard, and razor edges. How I can't help but reach to touch them. 

Monique lives in Maine with her husband, children, duet of Great Danes and tan Italian Greyhoud puppy keeping them young. If you were looking for it, you'd find Monique's poetry in over 40 journals and anthologies including: Rosebud, California Quarterly, Tampa Review, Off the Coast, and The Wayfarer. Her flash-fiction and short stories have been featured in: Typishly, The MacGuffin, Adelaide Literary Review, and Running Wild Press's 2019 Anthology of Short Stories. Monique is a Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net nominee.
